Due to the nature of services offered, we are unable to process refunds. However, we will work to the best of our ability to ensure you are satisfied with your design.
After a successful checkout, please check your email for a design contract and form. The form is used to collect information about the design, your ideas and overall vision. Please fill out the form in its entirety and in detail.
Any content (images, logo, wording) that cannot be submitted through the form must be submitted via email at info@shayorlooks.net. Turnaround time begins once all information is received.
